At Karen Ryan Group, we don't just talk
about what it's like when you're in front of an audience or camera, we put you there.

How Coaching Seminars Are Conducted

The Karen Ryan Group believes that clients learn best by doing.
That's why our sessions are designed to simulate real-life situations
— such as television interviews, press briefings and industry conferences — in which clients are required to speak or present. This approach, which uses actual news crews, enables clients to overcome location anxiety and anticipate surprises that may otherwise leave them scrambling to respond. The process of conducting and critiquing trial runs enables our coaches to build on client strengths and corrects weaknesses in presentation styles. Further, through practice, clients develop confidence in their presentation skills and ability to formulate and convey key messages.

Who's Coaching

Karen Ryan conducts most coaching sessions, drawing from her team of coaches when necessary and based on their qualifications and industry knowledge. Outside experts are also involved when needed. For groups of four or more, additional experienced coaches are
made available.

Where Coaching
Takes Place

Coaching sessions are held where it's convenient for you, the client. We often work with clients at their company locations. However, if off-site training or a real studio simulation is required, we work with you to find the location or situation that best meets your needs.
